Immune system boost
This is a good way to cleanse your lymphatic system. I added this to my coffee to take it. I tried it without anything and the taste was strange. Not terrible but not good either. I did not experience any side effects. I love that the ingredients are herbal. I’ve not used this a whole month yet so I’m still figuring out all the positive effects. My hope is this boosts my immune system and increases my energy levels as it detoxes my system. I definitely recommend this product if you are wanting to detox your lymphatic system and boost your immune system.

Its good
I used this for a year after having a tummy tuck and lipo 360. I'm not sure if it actually helped or not. But it doesn't taste bad, doesn't smell bad, it was easy to take. Sometimes I would put some in water and other times I just drank it straight. It didn't upset my stomach and I didn't notice any bad side effects. It isn't expensive and I would continue to use if I ever decided on any other surgeries.

A friend recommended this to me because I was feeling tired, sluggish, and just blah. After a week of using this, combined with lymphatic drainage, I could already tell a difference in my energy, felt less puffy, and I think it’s working! Haven’t noticed any side effects and I’m happy with it.

Not what it used to be
This used to be great, but the formula must have changed because the taste is completely different. It’s unbearably bitter now, almost chemical tasting. It can’t be good to consume. I hope they change it back because I was starting to really see results in my swollen armpits.

Second bottle vert different
I got a first bottle and it tasted fine, the second one tastes like you licked an ash trat intolerable. Then I saw the one review about some metal in the ingredients, enough for me to stop.
