NIH: Aluminum in brain- a 36 year multicenter study
There as no UMF 18+ on label. Also, the packing lid atop the honey jar is aluminum and has direct contact with the honey. The honey may be otherwise healthy, but read Neurology Journals and NIH studies relative to Alzeimers and aluminum’s adverse effect on brain memory. Then rethink the risks and weigh them against how you sweeten your daily coffee.

Delicious and nutritious
I've been taking a teaspoon a day to help heal a throat issue I've been battling. I can def tell the days I forget because I'm miserable in the evening. It has a bit of a medicinal taste but it's not bothersome, especially in tea or a smoothie. Highly recommend!
