very good. bought as a present for my dad and it helps himgreatly with a previous shoulder injury from a car accident . heated and supports him well

I bought this item as I had suffered for some time with a very painful shoulder. Pain killers helped to alleviate pain to some degree but I felt that heat may be beneficial hence the purchase of the heat pad. It has made my shoulder more comfortable while awaiting physiotherapy assessment. It was definitely a good decision to purchase this item.

It's good for pain relief warms up nicely. Wish battery would last longer it has definitely helped my husband's shoulder. Only downside was not being able to wash it. We no longer use it

Would give it 0 if I could, the power bank supplied did not work ... was for my father in law ... the company tried to fob me off with £5 ... not good 😡😡😡

The device works as expected, with three warm level for a comfortable warming. The included battery is very convenient as it allows You moving freely while wearing the pad. The only thing to considered is that it warms the shoulder blade, not the whole shoulder or the upper part of the arm.

No powerbank received with order even though it says it's included. Company says it is Amazons fault and offered £5 refund. Bought our own power bank and it works fine although a lot of hassle.
