I have not written this for publication but for the attention of the retailer please because I do not like to give a poor review without asking the question first. I have never purchased other than HP cartridges but in good faith I trusted in the quality of this product. I bought the product in May 17 to have it ready to replace when the HP cartridges ran out. My printer has now broken down and the error message is damaged printer head due to the ink cartridges. It is an OFFICE JET printer so it was high quality and was in perfect working order. The cartridges have leaked and ruined the printer.Wanted to let the retailer know and to ask if this problem has been identified before. Any ideas for resolution please if you have any idea as to why this has happened?Thank you.PJ O'Connor 18.03.18

Seemed well made and my HP8620 would finally accept the cartridge as per instructions but somehow the existing Yellow cartridge has been contaminated. At first the Yellow part of the picture was completely black! When the original Black HP cartridge replaced the Yellow portion was very dark as though mixed with black but there was some murky yellow. Tried cleaning heads but still contaminated. The existing HP Magenta & Cyan cartridges are fine. Amazon refunded immediately - brilliant service as usual.

Easy to install and is compatible with my HP officejet pro although it does recognize they are not genuine cartridges but so far work well and fair quality for the price. Only problem is since fitting every time I turn the printer on a message comes up saying ink sensor warning but still works fine.

Like so many things on Amazon, as soon as you receive the product, overtures are made by the seller encouraging you to write a review. Of course, with something like this it is best to give a decent amount of time to evaluate should be given. These were put in to a home printer which i use occasionally when I need some home printing done in a hurry, so fairly infrequently. In the first instance the printer accepted the cartridges happily enough and the printing was good enough for drafts and read only type prints. The colour quality is poor but perhaps decent enough for low grade prints. In time, even though the ink is still fairly full in the cartridges the printing is very poor. I do not recommend them at all and regret buying them. i have now replaced with originals and generics will not be any part of my future plans.

At first I thought this was a good buy, but I cannot recommend this product as it quickly stopped printing in a solid way and I now have unreliable broken and fading lines. Whereas my original ink cartridges lasted so much longer and remained good quality right up until they ran out.I guess you get what you pay for. The seller offered to send me a replacement but did not follow through!

this is the first time and the last time, that I buy compatible ink. my advice still well clear of this item, unless you like havingblack smoke and electrical smell and ink all of you. one brilliant printer destroyed. never mind the danger.

it worked well for a month . i only used a few time .

Had problems getting the printer to work with these.
