Great migraine relief. And hangovers 😅. Also really refreshing on a hot day.A little tight on my head but I do have a rather large head so maybe thats why

I wanted an alternative to painkillers for a bad headache I had had for a couple of days and couldn't get rid of . This was fantastic, cooling soothing and blocked out the light too . The gentle pressure of the stretch band was oddly soothing too . Its also great to have to soothing hot flushes instead of using a noisy fan .

Very comfortable and soft. Easy to lie down when wearing it.Nice and cool for migraines.

Good quality and helps with Migrane

Good to help call head with cluster attacks, very comfortable but only down side is that it only stays cold for 5 minutes.

This is always cold i dont even keep mine in the fridge. It honestly is so nice to keep on with a headache and migraine its stretchy and feels so calming

I love it, it helps with the pain and cools my head down well especially with how hot it's been recently. More effective when it's just come out the fridge but still the pressure combined with the coolness helps so much, even if I don't have a migraine I sometimes use it because of the fact it feels comforting to have on.
