Well laid out and very informative
Laid out into four separate sections that each focus on a different investing discipline, stocks, RE, business ownership and alternative investments. Easy to read and very informative. Have not been able to find this kind of information clearly explained anywhere on the internet. Highly recommended.

The secret sauce is here!
I have read all the self help books out there but this book paired with his other one actually makes a change happen. All of a sudden, what was so confusing is amazing clear. After reading this book I see solutions to what I thought were insolvable financial issues. As a black man struggling to find a financial foothold and create a financial legacy this book has given me the guidance I never received coming from a broken Home and growing up in a ghetto of have nots blowing money fast in an attempt to be significant. If you are lucky enough to join his black wealth challenge and actually add action while working with the collective, millionaire status is in the very near future.
