I purchased the T-mech Wood Chipper because of its 100mm branch chipping capacity. It was delivered promptly and efficiently. A small amount of assembly was necessary, but was easily accomplished. The Chipper was found to perform well in its operation. One disappointing feature was that the rubber screen on the branch hopper had become completely destroyed after its second one hour run. This is because the rubber was too brittle. However this has not affected performance and I am sufficiently satisfied with the product.

This thing is a monster dragging in branches up to 100mm thick and chopping into small chips. The top feeder only takes in up to 10mm twigs but works reasonably well. Watch out though, it drags them in very fast and without gloves you could lose some skin. However, the rubber (?) guard on the 100mm feed tube collapsed within a couple of hours of use so you have to make sure you're standing to the side when feeding as bits can come flying out at an incredible rate of knots. The supplied 'safety gear' must be the cheapest of the cheap. The gloves fell apart after a few hours. Buy decent PPE. Overall, it's doing the job well and I'm not disappointed.

Had this a few years now and it still works, it’s not the best design and does clog up on the chipping chute, the top hopper uses flails and that also jams up if overloaded, the side chipper uses blades which work okay. That said I should have saved up and bought a better one which I will when this inevitably dies on me. My advice……. SAVE UP AND BUY A BETTER ONE !!!

Rubbish and not worth our money still trying to sort it out company do not accept any phone calls not even at customer support. Have to email everything for 799 pounds it's useless had to buy special oil to add to the fuel and did not work for 5 minutes. The belt came off multiple times and did not manage to work really upset as bought it specifically to do a job . Trying to get our money back but due to the very bad communication unless you are ok with constant emails and I'm not I wish I'd never purchased it . A lot of money time and stress .

As with most of the shredders at this cost bracket, they all seem to have the chute out of the bottom. Some smaller twigs can get through the filter plate and then cause it to jam if not monitored closely. Eats through bigger branches with ease. Neighbours not too happy with the noise but it is what it is. With the recycling centres limiting visits and a lot of trees and large shrubs to keep under control, a decent shredder is needed and this one works well.

I was sceptical when I placed this order however was unable to afford simalar its a good quality solid machine and customer service were very helpful with arranging delivery

When it’s working, it works well, but I’ve had a lot of problems and wouldn’t but again. The delivery was on-time, but there were bolts missing. This took a couple of weeks to resolve. The machine is easy to maintain, which is just as well as I have had to reset the hammers, and replace the cutting blades. It will handle up to 10cm, but only if you are prepared to do some maintenance, and spend some money on parts. Most recently a blade failed, with a broken bolt then doing more damage.

Abbiamo ricevuto il Cippatore nei tempi indicati perfettamente imballato. Devo segnalare la qualità del cippato decisamente elevata nelle dimensioni e nella costanza della cippatura. Consumi generosi e funzionamento al 100%. Credo che il rapporto qualità/pezzo espresso da questa macchina sia difficilmente eguagliabile. Devo esprimere ammirazione per la società Monster Group che è riuscita ad offrire un prodotto di siffatta qualità con queste caratteristiche. Chapeau! Enrica

Produit qui tient ses promesses. Robuste et efficace. Il faut s'adapter pour la sortie. Creuser un trou avec un réceptacle est une bonne idée. Pour être aller voir à la concurrence, son prix est vraiment top. A voir dans le temps maintenant.

La cippatrice non è male ma a me è arrivata con dei pezzi montati sbagliati e altri danneggiati, ad ora dopo un mese e mezzo di messaggi , mail,innoltrato foto spegazioni varie con il venditore non sono riuscita a concludere niente, chiedono una foto e poi ne chiedono un'altra è così via, anche un bambino avrebbe capito quali pezzi devono essere sostituiti. Non consiglio l'acquisto
