Grangers Clothing Repel/Wash-in Re-Waterproofer Outerwear / 10oz

Done my work waterproof jacket and trousers used after washing ..

Worked quite well, but you need to put the treated garment in a warm dryer for it to work. No smell. easy to use. I soaked the garment in a bowl of water with the repel liquid for 24 hours.

I've used this product before with excellent results. It's easy to use in the washing machine.

After a DofE expedition my daughter's coat needed a wash. It's got some of the waterproofing back but not as good as when the coat was new. But I honestly think nothing will get it back. So is the best not to wash Gore-Tex but if you have to this is probably as good as anything

I can’t say I got great results from this product when used on my son’s Patagonia jacket. Despite being the brand recommended by Patagonia themselves and following the instructions (after washing with Grangers wash) the jacket’s water resistance was not great - no where near as good as it was before washing.

Perfect. Easy to use and does the job. Coat has been well tested this week!!!

Brought this for my tog24 soft shell and it’s definitely worth it. Measured as instructed, did fun cycle on drain doing after and dried in tumble. Works brilliantly. Wore it out in the rain and it was just beading and running off. Worth the price for how concentrated it is and no chemical smell either.

I haven't try this product yet! But Grangers always been the best product to keep my gore tex equipment in good condition. Love the fast delivery from the seller. Thank you.

Lo utilicé con ropa de cordura y goretex. Una vez seco, lo pasé por una secadora a temperatura media. Repele totalmente el agua.

Works as it says. Never washed an article of clothing that requires the waterproof requirements. Worked great. I washed my jacket in a commercial washer at the laundromat. My jacket was the only thing in the machine and ended up being compromised in the spin cycle and caused machine o be unbalanced and so it was still heavily soaked and it’s just a light jacket. Thought there was a problem with the machine so washed it a second time in another machine and same result. Not a big problem but had to manually ring the jacket out before putting it in the dryer. Wasn’t a problem with the product but the machine or jacket or both. Otherwise it did the job.

Die Imprägnierung von Grangers mag vielleicht etwas teuerer sein als andere Mittel, aber dafür funktioniert sie prima. Ich bin trocken durch den lausigen Winter gekommen.

'19/7/23 追記 ファイントラック オールウォッシュで手洗い後、施工しました。 施行は、規定より薄目の漬け洗いと濯ぎ・乾燥＋規定配分で作ったスプレー噴霧で乾燥とアイロンがけ(低～中を)試した。結果は動画の通り。 但し、効果の持続は他の方のレビューにもあるようにいつ迄も持たない(取敢えず撥水？？）。特にお尻、腿、膝等すれる箇所は1週間も持たない。 自分は山登りはしないが、釣り等で濡れたくないので撥水処理するが、取り合えず着用する前とかに施工や施工して初めて着用とかするとそれなりの効果は得られてると思います。 '19/6/26 追記 リピートしました。1000mlは送料取られるので300mlとファイントラック オールウォッシュ詰め替えパックの購入。 一度処理すると撥水性能が長持ちするかは？？ですが、自分は指定使用容量よりもかなり少なめで処理しています。 趣味の釣りで着用頻度の多いマーモットやモンベルのトレッキングパンツは膝、腿、お尻など擦れる箇所は直ぐに撥水力は低下します。(乾燥機、アイロンがけはしていないです） 一度、何かに載っていたZIPロックに入れて60℃位のお湯での加熱処理をしてみると変わるかも知れません9 以前、FWリペルを購入し良かったので、今回ウェア用を購入し、古い製品、冬物、釣り用パンツ等 撥水性能が欲しいのも処理してみました。 結果、古くてもゴアテックスや素材により、撥水処理した結果が得られるのではと感じました。 特にモンベルは普段着で、何年も着たり、履いたりしていますが気持ち良い程撥水しています。 本当にくたびれた、ナイロン系等は他の衣類と一緒に洗濯や撥水処理を行ったよ 程度で殆ど期待しないほうが良いかもと感じます。 ※水滴がコロコロした衣類；軽く水道水をかけると水滴がコロコロ転がりますが、触ると気持ち濡れているのが分かる物も有ります。 モンベル製品は、処理前は水滴化無し、流れるが生地に染みてくる状態から コロコロ撥水になりました。 ・ノースフェイス ゴアテックスパーカー(約20年物)、・ノースフェイス パーカー(奥さんの10年物)・モンベル ライトシェル(約10年物)、・モンベル ノマド(約6年物)、・モンベル ストレッチライトパンツ(約4年物)、・Marmot Act Easy (約1年物)、・パタゴニア トレントシェル (約3年物)、・モンベル トレールアクショングローブ(約6年物) ※ 撥水処理効果が見られなかった衣類 処理前は確実に染みてきたが、処理後はコロコロ水滴でなく、ダラーと流れ、濡れていますが、以前よりはるかにマシになりました。 ・モンベル ストレッチ ODショーツ (約10年物)夏場週末着用し、かなりくくたびれています。 ・ノースフェイス 安物ナイロン製パーカー (約10年以上物) 今回施工した方法； 洗濯は finetrack オールウォッシュ を使用し 最初の幾つかはで熱めのぬるま湯に漬け置き30分と手洗いを実施。 綺麗になるから追加分では、ドラム洗濯機で。 その後、本ウェア撥水を施工 1. もったいないから、規定分量の半分程度をドラム洗濯機に投入。 2. 洗濯7分、濯ぎ2回 ( 1回でも良いかも知れません。), 脱水は洗濯機が転ぶので無し 3. 手で押したり軽く手絞りである程度水気を切り、日陰乾燥 4. 乾燥後、乾燥機で30分加熱処理 本来の使い方ではないが、FWリペルも無くなってきたので、本製品をFWリペル容器に約3㏄程度＋精製水を入れ、スプレーを作ってみた。 奥さんの新品のニューバラ996 スエードに噴霧＋陰干し乾燥を2回行った後、念の為、ドライヤーで加熱してみました。結果はコロッ､コロッに撥水しましたよ。 でも自己責任ですよ。
