Not suitable for para cord knots
The rope core is too thin, meaning this flattens like a bootlace ...see photo 1. What this means is that for some knots especially para cord knots the result is not good. For example photo 2 shows a genoese bar tied with this cord. The cord has flattened round the central cords meaning the center of the knot is thin and exaggerated in length along the center, the exaggerated length has then made an odd looking edge with gaps in.....so if you are looking to use as para cord look for an alternative product as thus is not suitable
