Will i get hepa filter with purifier. this listing is confusing but showing variant air purifier only in pattern but title showing with hepa filter.

There will be a filter inside the purifier already. Typically it runs for 6 months. Afterwards we need to order additional filters as per usage.

Is a single air purifier enough to clean air in a 3bhk apartment with above average room size?

what is the sq.feet size, my home is only 400sqft and this enough, remember mi air purifier depletes filter very fast when kept in normal, auto mode. only silent consumes less filter. its sensor is not perfect. for eg: in silent mode it will show the pollution very low, but same place and time if kept in auto or normal it will show very high pollution.

Can the wifi listening be turned off completely? i don't want to use wifi feature...

Don't configure it in the first place....Or buy MI 2c instead of this...Which is cheaper. you can use 3's filters in 2C as well.
