Think Panini
These pans are robust! They sear steaks well, but they make world-class Paninis! Move-over, Panera! I make a far-far better Panini in this pan, and with my Lodge Panini press.

Beautiful & practical grill pan
I fried salmon but had the pan too hot so they stuck horribly. However they tasted terrific! Grilling on this pan takes a little practice but am getting better. And the pan looks beautiful hanging on my wall!

Sturdy, useful pan
Great pan for a multitude of different cooking uses. Bought it for my wife, hoping it would encourage her to spend more time in the kitchen; it works. It's helped our marriage as she now doesn't take "get back in the kitchen" as much of an insult anymore. Highly recommend to newly-wed husbands looking to set the tone.
