Been using Blueair for many years and was due to replace the filter. Ordered it on Amazon as it was quick and convenient.

good filtration
I wish this was more readily available but, when you can get hold of it, it is very easy to fit. Just remove the plastic packaging from the exterior of the filter and slot into place. My old filter was filthy and had needed to be replaced for a while; the difference in air quality afterwards was marked. I only use genuine filters, at least at the moment, but may need to review that should the genuine article remain difficult to source.

Unpleasant smell
The filter has quite a strong oil-type smell which I think others have encountered. As it arrives sealed and boxed as normal I assume this is an issue with Blueair’s manufacturing process. I’ve never experienced this issue with previous replacement filters. Hopefully the smell fades quickly with use.

Excellent filter.
I have had a BlueAir filter machine for over ten years. This filter is a genuine replacement for my unit. It is a little pricey but worth the expense.

There are 2 filters: 1 charcoal and 1 air filter.
Quickly delivered, well made, no smell of glue despite several complaints online. Need to know that there are two filters in the Blue Air air purifier 200 series : 1 charcoal filter and 1 air filter. Amazon only offered the Air Filter but not the charcoal filter. I would have purchased both if they had been offered together.

Comme tous les consommables, le prix pour le filtre est assez élevé ... Mais ce sont des bons filtres et il faut les changer tous les 6 mois...
