Great price for Gelatin
I have been researching gelatin. It supports joints, skin, digestion, sleep and even blood sugar regulation. I have been taking gelatin for close to a year now and have definitely noticed an improvement in all. Im at the age where collagen is on my mind. Gelatin supports collagen production, which improves firmness and hydration. These pills are easy to swallow too.

Stronger nails, thicker hair
So far, I've taken 3 of these a day (regretably off and on) for about 3/4 months - I can say that it seems like they're working. I have a spot of tension alopecia/thinning right in the front of my head. And, it definitely seems like my hair is trying to get thicker. My nails are for sure feeling better! They were as thin as paper, but they're really getting sturdy while taking these. Ordering my second bottle, and we'll see how it goes.

Helps hair comes with risks
It definitely helped with my hair loss. But there are other concerns and risks with taking gelatin...Research on mice suggests high gelatin intake can speed up the development of plaque in the arteries (atherosclerosis) by lowering HDL and altering blood lipids. Sadly at 70, I stopped taking this with having high cholesterol and atherosclerosis. :(
