I have been taking this for 3 years now and it helps me stay asleep with no groggy side effects. I also feel like I getting better quality of sleep and my muscles are relaxed and not tense in the morning any longer. I have also noticed that I am getting less migraines. I have been taking vitamin B2 with magnesium at night to help and together they seem to be a great preventive measure for migraines, from my experience. It has all clean ingredients and no fillers, which I also love because I am sensitive to a lot of the fillers (they can trigger my migraines).

I like the product and the company, but this is the 3rd time now I’ve received a broken cap. Seems to be consistent across all of their products that come in these bottles regardless of size, I’ve ordered large bottles and small and both have come broken.
