High quality band; great for travel exercise.
Les Mills bands are excellent. Although this is a very basic piece of exercise gear, the execution is excellent. For a gym rat on vacation, this was a great way to keep toned.If you are reading this you probably know about the pros and cons of a resistance band. This is another instance where buying a quality product makes sense.

Mild Resistance
Returned: provided very minimal resistance for targeted goals/exercises. Described as providing mild-moderate resistance and imo leans very mild (even when tightening resistance by shortening/moving pivot point). This is the Les Mills version of its old green band - with possibly less resistance than some of them.

Gutes Band, speziell für LesMills Core. Die Zeit wird zeigen wie lange es bei bestimmten Übungen durchhält. Bis dahin: 5 Sterne. Auch wenn es etwas teurer ist, ist die Kombination aus flachem Band mit Griffen so nur sehr schwer zu finden.
