I gave this book 5 stars without hesitation and would suggest there's value and wisdom in there for most people at most levels. To beginners, it may be an encyclopedia of new information to refer back to and read again and again. To experienced drivers, it may confirm what you are already doing well and encourage you to keep at it and keep improving. To people like myself, a bit of both. I like Terence's writing style - everything was explained clearly and leaves me with no doubt about the message he's putting across. A good read that you want to get back to every time you have to put it down.

I've been reading through Terence Dove's new book. This is the book I wish was there when my son was kart racing. Tons of great advice that would have helped me do an even better job of supporting my son's development while he was karting. A surprising amount transcends kart racing and I can see various aspects that still apply now that my son is racing in cars ( search for: Damani Marcano ).What I especially like is how rounded it is – covering everything from lines, braking and overtaking as well as how you approach testing sessions, racing strategy and a winning mindset. What you'd expect from arguably one of the world's leading karting coaches.Essential reading for every kart racer and young driver's parents.Highly recommended!

Very good book. Teaches you how to access your potential and develop your own driving style. Obviously a very good teacher that has broken down all of the elements of go karting. Some really good ideas that anyone can learn from. To be read with an open mind while constantly referencing back to your driving.

This book is really informative and both the amateurs or pros would benefit of reading as the author is really experienced as he puts some really good tips and techneques which really can broaden your horison about the go-karting. Personally, as an amateur I was looking for the book that could lead me to better understanding about go-karting and improve my lap times which was the case.P.S. I love his style of writing as he puts most of the stuff so simply and funny.Terence Dove is Down to earth guy, with practical pieces of advice. Love It.

Logical approach to driving a kart fast and improving, even providing a simple and effective way of analysing your GPS data. The book is very well written in an easy and personable manner. Unless you're a professional, i'm sure you would get a lot from this book. I can't wait to get back out on track and give it all a go.
