Smokin' Buds

So far, the best buds I've ever purchased! I use these to watch TV due to roommates who work opposite shifts and are asleep while I am up at odd hours. The sound quality is awesome and the battery life is the best I've experienced so far. I average about six or so hours if not better and they recharge amazingly fast in the case. They are comfortable in my ears and stay in with no issues, even as I fall asleep in my bed. I liked them so much I bought a second pair so I can swap them out for continuous use. They pair easily with no issues to both my phone and my TV. I am extremely satisfied for the money. The noise cancellation isn't bad either. Not 100% but close to it. Excellent quality for a great value.

I totally thought I lost my last pair so I bought this set. They have a good quality, very comfortable. They come with multiple tips for ear comfort, which is a must have for my tiny ears. The volume isn't so loud it will damage hearing but is enough that I listen to videos at night and I'm comfortable. Definitely a good pick at a good price.

I have been using this for 2 years now, and I must say, it is one of the best earphones I have had. The noise cancellation is top-notch, sound quality is great, and I can easily get up to 8-10 hours of use on a single charge. Volume control is fine, but I am still having trouble accepting calls with it.

For the coin surrendered, the performance is passing great, yielding a bounty of sound that doth far outshine its humble cost. Indeed, my heart was so moved that I have sought this treasure a second time, adding yet another set to my keeping. The manner in which it joins with my devices is as swift and sure as a lover's vow—no struggle, no strife, but a most easy union. Coupled with a clarity of voice that rings true to the ear, I was fully won over. My soul is convinced; no finer harmony can be found for such a modest tribute.

I love these. They sound great and cancel out noise very well. Lots of sound quality control by using the app. I just wish they were a little louder.

Headphones are pretty good, good battery life, and super cheap. Lasted 1 year and 3 months before they would constantly disconnect and reconnect while in the case which got annoying if I was on a call, or driving and connected to vehicle’s Bluetooth. Would still recommend and writing this review right after ordering the second pair

First off, I *WOULD* give these earbuds a 5-Star review, but there’s one MAJOR problem that I’ve ran into with each and every time I’ve purchased this product. That problem would be the fact that, after a while, one earbud (usually the right earbud) will start to have issues charging, and even after like 10 hours of being hooked up and charging, you put one in, and it says “Ready to pair”, then “Connected”, then, it INSTANTLY says “Battery Low”. This has happened with all three pairs of smokin’ budz that I have purchased. ALL THREE. so it’s not just one defective pair. And actually, the first pair I received was a gift from someone, so technically FOUR pairs. And even worse, once that one earbud starts to refuse to charge, the other earbud soon follows. So, the product itself is phenomenal, but the fact that you WILL have to buy a replacement pair very quickly is this product’s biggest flaw. There is even a special subreddit dedicated to this specific issue (Smokin’ Budz earbuds starting to die on one side (specifically the right bud), then soon, both). For example, today, I charged my earbuds all day, made sure they were both correctly connected and the case closed, I plugged in the power cord, the light turned green, indicating that it’s charging, and then, when I went to work 14 hours later, I put the right earbud in, and instantly, I hear the dreaded “Battery Low” warning. So, I figured, okay, I guess I have to use the left side only. After taking out the left earbud and putting it in my ear, I get the same warning, “Battery Low”. So, yes, these would get a 5 star review for their performance, if it weren’t for the fact that they are guaranteed to die within a few weeks. Honestly, ever since I was in middle school, Skullcandy was the only brand I ever used because they always had amazing quality. However, after my current (fourth) pair of earbuds gave me this message again (both buds are dead and refuse to charge now…), I will be looking at other brands. I love Skullcandy, and these are very easy and affordable, but man… they have some sort of life-expectancy issue, because earbuds should last a while, not a few weeks… 1st pair: (A gift) - Right earbud refused to charge, left follows shortly after. Soon, both are non-chargable. 2nd pair (my first purchase): same problem. 3rd pair (my second purchase): same problem. 4th pair (my current & final purchase): exact same problem. So, these are amazing if you only listen to music every once in a while, but I use earbuds every day, so if you’re looking for something that’s going to last… this is not the product to choose. Hope this helps someone out there… I don’t want anyone else wasting their money multiple times like I already have… And it’s a shame, because the sound quality is really good… — Steve

I need to start this by saying I was fully prepared to return these. I’ve owned AirPods. I’ve owned JBL. I was not expecting Skullcandy to come in swinging like this… especially at this price point. But wow. The bass? It’s punchy and deep without turning everything into a muddy mess. I put on my usual “test” songs and actually laughed out loud because I could hear layers I normally miss. The volume gets LOUD loud, not tinny, not distorted. Just clean, full sound that feels way more expensive than it is. And the battery life? Unreal. I’ve gone days without thinking about charging them. They just keep going. No anxiety. No scrambling for a cable mid-workout. I genuinely did side-by-side comparisons with my AirPods and JBLs because I was skeptical. These were fuller. Louder. More immersive. For less money. Make it make sense. If you’re on the fence because you assume “cheaper = worse,” that was me too. These shocked me in the best way. I grabbed them as a backup pair and now they’re the ones I reach for first. 10/10. Zero regrets. Honestly debating buying a second pair before everyone else figures this out.

Very good

For the price, these earbuds gives you a good sound quality. Good base and average mid\treble. The rubber tips are really good too to fit nicely in to my ears and seal them properly to output a good sound. Drained about 50% of battery after listing to music for about 3 hours. Very comfortable to wear even while you're sleeping and that's my main purpose of buying these buds.
