Numerous Ports for Awesome Memory Card Reader
The media could not be loaded. I no longer have a laptop or desktop computer that has a slot for SD cards. I needed something to be able to transfer my photos from an SD card and my camera to my iPad. It was simple to figure out and didn’t take the photos too long to upload to my album. The different options for ports and adapters are impressive. You can attach so many devices to others to transfer data.

It's good
This was very convenient when I took a ten hour flight to Beijīng. I bought the wrong type of sd card but thankfully this gadget had its slot.....so I hooked it up to tablet.

It works iPhone 8+ to SD card
A little confusing at first -instructions are lacking- but once you figure it out, It works! I used it to transfer photos from iPhone 8+ to SD card.1. Place SD card in gadget2. Attach gadget to phone3. Open photos and select pictures4. Choose “send to files”5. Choose “no name” file -or whatever it’s called on your file.6. Choose “save”Once you find the file it’s easy. You can create folders on the SD card to separate pictures etc.It just takes a minute to find the file. That’s the hardest part.Tip: Don’t do too many at once. It’s fairly quick but you want to be sure all of your photos are transferring . I think about 50 at a time is good. Only takes a minute or two.

Worked Once With MacOS Ventura 13 Then Stopped Working
The Canon EOS Utility I've always used with my old Canon 7D no longer works with MacOS Ventura 13 so I got this CF card reader. It worked once to get my vacation pix off the camera, but then didn't work again. I suspect the problem is with Apple tech rather than this manufacturer, but the bottom line is that I can no longer get my shots off my camera. Bought another brand and so far so good.

Data Transfer iPhone and Android Works
So far it's worked several-dozen times to transfer from Android Type-C to SD and from iPhone to SD and from SD to PC via USB. The lightning power connector is probably nice for iPhone users and 'they' might give 5-starts. However, I'm an Android user and it lacks a Type-C charging port, rending it absoluetly useless for times when you need to transfer large files with limited battery, as I found out. Other devices, including this feature, I would recommend due to this design flaw.

Versatile Reader
I needed a new card reader with up to date USB etc data transfer coding. This looked like a good pick since it allows for multiple card downloads to/from PC, from Apple and other devices. I've used it so far on my Canon transferring SD card pictures to my PC, MicroSD with adapter from security cameras to PC and IPhone media transfers. Little slow on video downloads but since there is not technical information not sure if this is normal or are there other choices to get a faster upload/download speed. It's a solid device and good price point.
