I ordered this 7 months ago and it recently stopped working. Tried replacing battery and trying different ports on different laptops but doesnt work?

Assuming that the red light beneath the device is illuminating and you have attempted to connect it to various personal computers and USB ports, it is plausible that the dongle has malfunctioned. My apologies. Our purple mouse is working fine since we've owned this device.

My granddaughter's computer is a apple mac air and is 13" . it will not take the wider usb. can you get a thinner usb for a 13"?she loves cats.

It can be connected to laptop, PC and other devices with USB ports. Some Mac laptop do not have a USB port and need to use an adapter cable.

I purchased this and it is completely adorable and I love it. Turns on just fine however when plugging it into my computer it does not work? Help!
