Q: My son is 3 months old, should I get 0-3 or 3-6, do they run big?

They run true to size. They do have elastic to hold them on. If your child has bigger feet I would say size up. If your child learns are you saw size so with the 0 to 3

Q: How do I clean these shoes?

I did not clean them.. he only had them on for his baptism and that was it. I put them away.. but probably just a damp cloth. They worked out great for the day!

My son is currently size 5. The 12-18mo shoes are getting a bit tight but I was still able to get one on pretty easily, and he didn't complain about wearing it.

I ordered the size 3. They were still little big but hard to tell. My son weighed about 12.5 lbs though so he was in upper 90s for percentile. But he only wore them for actual baptism then took off. Hope that helps.
