Does this really help your hair grow? I was thinking about buying this but I can't find any recent reviews to make sure it still works

I can only answer for myself, but YES, it actually has helped my hair grow a little faster and not just on my head, but on my legs as well...hahahaha, i'm serious, i have been having to shave more often. my fingernails have also been growing a little faster, as well. you will only notice results tho if you take the mineral rich every day! i do hope this helps you!

can it really make your hair grow

an only speak for myself and my family member, but my hair grew from about 10 inches to 18 inches in about 6 months. The same thing can be said for my granddaughter. I'm sure results vary from person to person, but it really works for us.
