Really good collagen
I tried this on a prime day sale. I had no idea what it could really do but tried it anyway—I have been using it for two months now—skin is supple and hair is thicker—this is really great. Thank you 🙏 Oh, and it has no taste. I take it twice a day as instructed.

Cool!
Drinking it with water only makes me sick hahaha. With closed nose it is ok. With juice it is also ok. And this is the only CHosa that I could find on the market so I’m happy, as this is the only decently researched silica. Wish it was less expensive. I also eat 20g of collagen daily so it is hard to say which one worked, but I never had my cuticles so crazy huge and my gums (!) also got bigger, so I guess it might be doing something. 😊

The taste reminds me a bit of alpha-gpc or l-theanine, definitely not food, but about as unoffensive as something gets without tasting good. I'd drink it quick if you're mixing it with water, but juice covers it fine. I haven't been taking it long enough to say much more except that I believe what they say about the first effects taking place in under an hour. Might just be the choline in it, but it's definitely more than placebo.

Continuing to take supplement despite hair loss.
I have been taking Biosil consistently once again for the past several months. I was advised to take Biosil by a chiropractor, I think he was a naturopath as well, many years ago for hair loss. I am assigned male at birth and my hair loss slowed down, I think, when I was still having hair loss on my head. I decided to take Biosil again in addition to being bald because I noticed that my skin may likely have benefited in the past.
