This paired easy with the tv, it functions better than the original remote. I was so impressed with how easy it was to get it working! You have a Sony tv and your remote control is not working right I highly recommend you get this replacement remote.

Itโs a direct replacement. Easy to set up. Nothing to complain about, if you liked your original.

Works fine but buttons are a little harder to depress.
Works fine but the buttons are a bit harder tonpush down than the original. Of course the original Sony control went thru a wash cycle - does not work very well - so this replacement was easy to setup and does what it needs to do.

Worse than the one it relaced
My OEM remote which worked fine for about five years was becoming finicky; buttons not responding and effective distance deminishing. This one, which appears identical to the original, performs even worse than my old one. So I shopped for a different device (Loutou) that arrived today and it works great.
