I have only been taking these less than a month. I’m not sure if I notice a difference or not. I do feel nauseous in the morning. Not sure if this is causing this or not. Definitely has NOT controlled my appetite. I think I eat more than ever now. I can’t recommend these. But my adult daughter does.

After tying it for like a month it’s good and worth the hype tho i don’t know why it made me feel so full then so hungry it was tiring at beginning but after a week i got used to it
