Great instructions
Very reasonably priced, looks great and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. The bits were clearly labled and took about 15 mins to assemble. Its very sturdy

Great
I was sceptical about buying with the reviews saying it was flimsy - it’s not the sturdiest but you get what you pay for I wasn’t expecting solid oak. It’s just to cover up ugly radiators and it does the job nicely.It was also very easy to assemble. I am terrible at flat packs but I got this up on my own within half an hour (I did have to saw some of it to fit round the radiator gauge which took a bit longer but that was my own fault for not measuring properly)I’ll be buying more for the rest of my house, very happy with this purchase!

Lovely decoration
Great item. It's not too bulky and looks really expensive and which once fitted.Would recommend. Easily to build too...bonus!

Poor quality
The wood is cheap and when screwing the parts in the wood would break. Extremely fragile. Picture of product looked so good.

Customer Service brilliant
The product is very nice however the wood is very fragile so when putting together it did cause some damage. It was easy enough to assemble.I did order another one in a smaller time which did not turn up, after seeing the damage caused in the first one I didn’t want to receive the second one. I contacted the seller and they advised me to refuse delivery and I would receive a full refund, I also advised why I didn’t want it due to the damage to the quality of the one I had received and the damage. They offered me a 50% refund for the one I had. I cannot express how good the customer service was and how fast they arranged my refund! This is the reason I’m giving 4*.

So easy
The cover was so easy to build. Perfect width but 1cm too short. Easy fix with little plinths we made under corners. Painted it to go with our colour scheme. Looks more expensive than it was.

Quality
Amazing quality with sturdy mantle, much better than my previous cover. Looks lovely. The slats are attached singularly rather than a sheet of cover like some which often comes away with the heat after a while. Easy to build and would highly recommend and it looks made to last. Very happy
