Product Description About The Producer Negele Gorbitu is a coop of 1100 members all of which are small holder farmers in the Yirgacheffe region. The Negele Gorbitu coop is part of the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (OCFCU) which looks after 250,000 farmers across Ethiopia. Cupping Notes The dry grounds have wonderful floral notes of jasmine and peach ice tea as well as notes of cocoa and butter. Notes In the cup there is a bight citric acidity and candied citrus sweetness which leads to notes of jasmine, bergamot and orange. The body is creamy and rounded.
