These were true to size as listed on the product page. Even though I normally wear a small (28in. waste) I went with size large based on the information provided by the seller. They fit perfect. As a side note, the opening allows everything to hang out, I thought it was only the shaft. Regardless, still nice and sexy!

Not sure who sets the measurements on these but I got XXL and they fit like a medium. Very disappointed
