I like this balm. At first, I was disappointed with the size, and almost returned it, but I specifically purchased it for a flare up on my face because it was recommended to use ceramides. It worked great and helped the healing process, and I was amazed at how soft it made my skin. I purchased another one.Even though the container is small, it only takes a small amount.

I had never heard of this company. I am so glad I found it! This balm is amazing! I have alot of dry patches and in one night I could tell aDifference! You do not need alot! Great stuff!

Great for dry patch. A little goes a long way

I have now ordered three of these, and the third one arrived as a soup. It does not solidify. It is a liquid. It hisses when I open the tin. It literally is not returnable.

I like it but it’s very small about the size of a half dollar. Seems nice though on a dry patch on an eyebrow.

I love this tiny balm! It has helped when others didn't! I've tried CeraVe, Aquaphor, etc... They just didn't deliver. This one, has worked wonders on my irritated, sensitive skin. This one has more ceramides that the popular brand, and no hyaluronic acid (which is a good ingredient, it is that some skins get irritated by it for some reason). The only thing I don't like is the price! It is a lot for half an ounce, but I guess I am going to keep buying it because there are no better products like this one! I wish Dermatica made a bigger version of this!

I’ve randomly started getting dry patches around my nose and I’ve tried many lotions and Vaseline but nothing worked. I’ve been using Dermatica for about a week and my dry spots have improved significantly. I’m hoping it keeps working!

So far so good. My daughter has an issue with dry skin under her nose. After different appointments with the GP and getting different topical treatments for it that only seem to last temporarily (if they help at all) this has been used for the last 3 days and the dryness and redness has subsided hugely, so I am hoping this will sort it enough to get on top of it (as consistency is key with these things) I am hoping we have found a solution in this.

I brought this to see if it would help my perioral dermatitis. I think it did help, and now it's cleared up I'm using it as a moisturising lip balm.

I love this ceramide skin balm and use it for lips also every day, I keep one in my bag wherever I go.. small tin but lasts .

Good hydrating balm which improves dry skin on lips and body.

After reading other reviews I thought this would help with my really dry skin on my face due to menopause but it didn’t make any difference. Expensive too for such a tiny amount
