Bought this as a birthday present for my daughter, who loves making cakes. She says it's easy to use & makes decorating so much easier. The brake is perfect for holding the cake still while adding decoration. She's also used it as a cake stand and for sandwiches/party food. So versatile and a lovely colour. Definitely recommend. Great service & delivery.

it looks like it has been previously used as the grip on ...
Firstly, the item that arrived did not contain the essentials that were labelled on the preview. It did not come with the coupler, flower nail, 2 stainless steel icing tips and 10 icing bags. Secondly, the box was tightly sealed. Furthermore, it looks like it has been previously used as the grip on the bottom is very dirty. I am an unhappy customer and would like a full refund or the items deleivered.

Not grippy enough!
It's okay.. Finding that the grips on the turntable arnt very good as if you have a small 8" round board it doesn't reach the grips which make it a little slidey.. Not good if you've already iced you cake....

Sturdy and good value, not good for small cakes
Arrived a day early which was helpful. It's sturdy, looks like it won't warp like other products, grips are good Android added bonus of flower nail and icing tips plus 10 icing bags.Review update 19/1/19The position of the outer grips make it hard to use a cake board smaller than 12" and get a smooth line of buttercream. And putting a larger cake board down first defeats the purpose of the grips.

Great cake stand and turntable
I am very pleased with this turntable, it's great that you can lock it off for either building layers or to have as a stand for your cakes, it turns smoothly I put my cakes on a board and non slip mat before icing, which keeps it solid on the stand. I would recommend this to all.

Terrible item!!
Terrible item, complete waste of money, the spatula gets stuck on the rubber on the top of the turntable when used to ice/gnache cakes, therefore not suitable for cake decorating, Not point for me to use it.
