Great aid!
This will really help your workouts get to the next level. The material is comfortable and durable. I did have a hard time getting back into the tiny roll up shape, but that's not an important thing as I use it a lot.

Not For Heavy Weights
If you’re just starting your fitness journey and using smaller weights, yes. But if you’re looking to use anything above 25lb dumbbells no. Also almost impossible to do flute bridges with these.

Great value
Closest thing I could find to the bella kind without paying that much for a strap. Super comfortable, padded enough to feel comfortable on hips. Happy with my purchase.

PLEASE WATCH BEFORE PURCHASE!
The media could not be loaded. Does not take 50 lbs on each side! Use less weight!I left some recommendations to make the product better on the video attached!I’ll give you guys an update when I figure out a way to work around this issue! ❤️

Buy this instead of the Bella booty!
I was looking for an affordable version of the Bella booty and found this here. It is well-made and sturdy but with just enough padding to be comfortable. I clicked my weights in easily and tightened the straps and was ready to go in less than 30 seconds. Get it!

Buckle Snapped at 40 lbs
After thr 7th use within only a 3 weeks of receiving this belt the plastic buckle snapped while holding only 40lbs. We reached out to the seller to replace and were denied. Would not recommend this product, there are better brands out there that can surely last longer and hold higher weight. Really disappointing.

Waste of money
When I attach the heavy dumbbells (45lbs or more) they slide to the side and dig into my hips even with the strap pulled in at it’s tightest. I would say this is best for 25lb weights on each side max. That’s not helpful because I can hold that much weight right on my lap without this belt. Also note it does not work for glute bridges.
