For the artist who has everything
This water cup is great for the artist who already has everything! I do watercolors and this brush rinser is great for holding both your rinse water, as well as your clean water. The cups are detachable cylinders that are open on either end, but they fit snugly into the silicone base. There are several pros and cons about this item, as described below.PROS:- includes brush holders that can hold even small brushes- bottom features a tray to catch water drips- two cups conveniently in one- base is textured for better rinsing- holder comes apart into four pieces for easy cleaning- great gift for the artist who has it allCONS- holder is kind of unwieldy, especially when filled - move with caution- takes up quite a bit of space on your desk- cups are not that large - works best when using smaller brushesOverall, this is a convenient and fun brush holder. Do you need it? Probably not. Is it fun and unique? Yes!

A great product I didn't know I needed
I sometimes dabble in painting on canvas or more often small model or miniatures for tabletop gaming, and often just use a red plastic cup or maybe an old jar to wash out or stand up my brushes. I saw this product and thought this might be a more elegant solution. I love the fact that you have not one but two glasses and the there is a drip tray and plenty of molded grips from which to hang the brushes to dry. It even encourages god brush care by allowing you to hang them brush side down and letting water and residual paint drip off and away from the ferrule without crushing the brush tip against the bottom of a jar or glass or leaving them upright and letting the paint accumulate at the ferrule where it will never truly be gone. The cups are durable plastic with an attractive faux crystal pattern, and the top holder and bottom drip tray soft pliable silicone. and paint that dries on these will be easily flaked off by flexing the silicone. The motif of these is unusual: the rim of the glasses are decorated as crabs, with the brush holders the claws, and the bottom of the glasses (or the tray under the glasses) depicting a sort of undersea scene. Whimsical, but I'm not sure why that particular theme was chosen.I look forward to using these for all my future painting projects and feel that even if my painting doesn't improve, at least the care shown to my brushes should.

It works but is a bit cheap
Pros•the whole thing comes apart for easy cleaning•the grooves at the bottom of the cups are good for getting paint out•having two cups helps keep your brush clean•the tray can be used to mix paintsCons•the parts that hold brushes are too big to hold small brushes but too small to hold big brushes•the cups are made of cheap plastic and probably wouldn’t survive a fallAll in all, worth the price.

Very neat!
Bigger then expected…comes with 2 cups and there is holders for all your 🎨 paint brushes! Easy to 🧼 clean!

Functional. But a bit plastic looking.
After a long wait, this item finally arrived. The rim supposedly hold brushes but they are not easy to use. The 2-level design makes it awkward to use.

Leak Proof and Pretty
This brush cleaner is just what I needed. No more water bowls and drying brushes bristles up. This little brush bowl allows the brushes to be hung bristles down so they dry faster and also keep their shape longer. Having two water bowls side by side makes it easier to clean brushes for the wash and rinse factor. The fact that the bowl sticks to the table is also a nice feature. This brush bowl is a definite must for artists of all ages.

great for casual painters
I'm a casual hobby painter. I do it for fun and stress relief, nothing professional. I'd previously just been using Solo cups as my paint brush cleaners. This is much better. Not sure how professional painters would like it, but it works well enough for what I do.
