My son has been using theses for agility training for hockey. They are nice and colorful so they are easy to see. We have seen a real improvement in his foot speed since using them.

My son is a starting running back on offense and a starting linebacker on defense for high-school. He has school practice year round, coaches that train him every Sunday, and attends multiple camps throughout the year. Really the only day that he doesn't have practice is Wednesdays and Saturdays. These are great for those two days when he wants to still work on his footwork. There's a bunch of different things that can be done with these to work on their explosive power. These help 40' times, vertical jumps, and footwork. We even have a sandpit that we put these in to jump back and forth over. The plastic is strong enough to keep from breaking if stepped on. The colors are nice and bright. He's trained not to look at the hurdles, so color isn't really a big deal. He keeps his eyes on where he's going and not at his feet. These work great for training and recommend to anyone looking to improve your game.

Great 6 pack of different colored hurdles. These are strong/durable. Great to use for field events for smaller kids, field day events, PE classes, or just to work on agility etc. for at home or practices. I like that you get 2 of each color as well.

Excellent quality, one piece hurdles. They are really close to the ground, maybe only 6-8inches off of it, but still great for speed drills and maneuvering around. They’re lightweight, but feel durable. Great overall.

Great for all sports to develop agility and speed, quick turnover in athletes. Happy to have these in my toolkit!

I got these hurdles for my daughters to use for off ice jump training. They use hurdles like this with their skate coach at the rink and now they can do the same training exercises at home with these. These hurdles could be used for a lot of sports related agility drills. They're decent quality.
