What a great machine.. Great value for price. Durability unknown. God build quality but I note they dont supply parts (so if a heating element burns out or the controller dies... ???? It does have a 1 year warranty, but not sure who pays to ship it back. But at the price, you really cant go wrong. Heats up quicky and presses firmly

Quick delivery - Using it in my business and it is really easy to use. I like that it feels substantial like it is not going to break. The only minor complaint I have is that I can't seem to get the screw that holds the ballcap tight enough to not fall off when I am pressing hats one after another. But I don't think it is a big deal.

Takes a little manipulation to get the hat set just right, but practice makes perfect. Most of my early frustration was learning where to place the patch, how long to set the timer for, adjusting when using a thin cloth, etc. Overall great product for the price.

If I could give this product 0 stars I would. I ordered this for hats. The first one I received would just beep really loudly and show that it was at 600 degrees when it would actually never heat up at all. I called customer support and got busy tones for 3 different days. I ordered a replacement and it did the same exact thing. I emailed vevor and still never got a resolution.Both were sent back for my money back. This is the only vevor product I have had an issue with, I order other things from them that have worked well.

Wonderful heat press. I’ve been using this press for over 6 months now without fail. It holds temperature perfectly and presses patches evenly.
