The OhGeni Queen Air Mattress has been an excellent purchase. We bought it for overnight guests, and everyone who has slept on it has commented on how comfortable it is. The built-in pump is a fantastic feature. It inflated the mattress in just a few minutes with the flip of a switch, and when it was time to put it away, it deflated just as quickly. It couldn't have been easier to set up or store. The 18-inch raised height makes a huge difference. It feels much more like getting into a regular bed rather than sleeping close to the floor, making it easier to get in and out of—especially for guests. Comfort exceeded my expectations. The sleeping surface is supportive and evenly distributes weight, providing a comfortable night's sleep without the sinking feeling that some air mattresses have. Best of all, it held its air throughout the night, so there was no need to top it off in the morning. The materials feel durable and well-made, and the mattress has a quality construction that gives confidence it will last through many uses. When deflated, it folds up compactly, making it easy to store in a closet or take along for camping trips. I originally used this air mattress when family came to visit, and it worked out great. My nephew is 6'2" and said it was actually more comfortable than his bed at home, which says a lot for an air mattress. It inflates quickly with the built-in pump and is easy to adjust to the firmness you want. I like that you can add or release air instead of being stuck with one comfort level. The queen size is roomy, and the 18-inch height makes it feel more like a real bed instead of sleeping close to the floor. It also ended up being useful for an unexpected reason. My dog is currently dealing with the aftermath of loud fireworks from the past week and has been too scared to go upstairs. I set this up in my living room so I could sleep near her, and it has made a stressful situation a lot easier. It is comfortable enough that I can actually sleep on it, not just tolerate it for one night. The mattress feels sturdy and supportive, not flimsy or wobbly. Love that it self inflates, makes life so much easier than having to store the mattress and a pump. It’s pretty comfortable and provides a nice night sleep. Don’t get me wrong, real mattresses are better, but I don’t mind sleeping on this one, or letting a guest use it when there’s not enough room. Had it for almost a year now and have had no problems with deflating or leaking. It’s a high quality air mattress.

I am very aware upset at this product when I went to return it. They will not give me my money back. The sides blew out almost like it wasn't glued in the middle or something. I don't know how these things are made. The only thing I know is this is my fifth one. I've had no problems with the other four. They told me to take pictures, send it to them. And they'll give me a new one, and I can send the old way back, well, I did that. And they told me they can't see the problem in the pictures. It's literally 6 inches bulging on each and every side of their air mattress, and it's dipped in the middle, so it's almost like it's a flotation device like a raft that's not even a bed. I would not suggest Vladimir for this company after dealing with their customer service. Which sounded like they were out of India, which is fine? I don't disagree with having customer service in India. Especially for late hours when we're sleeping, and they're awake and makes sense. These guys didn't want anything to do with me. They never said bye, they were completely rude, completely rude. The most rude people I've ever seen on the phone and he has someone in the background just yelling. I know they were at their house and they just answer the phone while they're driving a taxi or something else. I've seen the movies I understand but couldn't they be a little quieter and couldn't he be a little more sensitive? I will never deal with this company again ever ever ever. I Am embarrassed to know that these people are allowed to sell on Amazon. I've already contacted Amazon to tell them to pull this product. There's no reason why this product should be sold on Amazon. The customer service alone makes it an item. You should not buy. How could you ever take it back? What's the point of having a manufacturer's warrant? Edited 4/30/26 from 2 star to 4 stars. The company reached out to me after reading my review and the issue I had with the mattress. This is a company that stands behind their products and they took steps which will keep me as a customer. I appreciate their initiative and they have a very satisfied customer. The replacement mattress which I ordered (and received the next day) is working great. I really liked this air mattress. Bought end of September. I use for a week a month (in transition of out of state move) so I used it from October til March (6 times), This last trip, March, use #6, it will not hold air. I did not find a leak. I'm the only one sleeping on it, about 160 lbs. I heard a loud pop during the evening while watching TV in another room. Later when I went to bed, after laying for 5 minutes, two loud pops which came from the bed. 3 hours later the bed was very deflated. Disappointed it didn't last longer. It was easy to use and comfortable. So since I'm still in this house for a week, I ordered the same mattress again since it will arrive the next day (fingers crossed) and was on sale. If I didn't need right away, I'd look elsewhere. I will say that I bought my daughter the same mattress back in September and she has used it 3 times no problems.

This blow up is very comfortable and of very high quality. Very simple to set up and have a good nights rest. Inflation was quick and easy with no leaks.

Let me just say this mattress is so comfortable. It was easy to remove from the box n set up. All I had to do was plug in and press a button to inflate. It’s very firm and there minimal leakage. I only reinflate it every 10 days or more. Definitely recommend this brand
