This knife is perfect! Wife bought one for a present and after using this I bought a few more. Great for oysters. Very solid and easily menuvirable with good leverage for quick work on oysters and clams. Truly well crafted.

We bought this as a gift for my brother in law for Christmas. Was really surprised at how nice of a knife it was when we got it in. He’s used it a few times now and loves it. He is planning to buy one for his father now!

the design was great; big handle, heavy knife and it's very easy to open the oyster. However why do you use China steel? the tip broken just about I open the 6th oyster.
