is a really good product. I was not sure about buying this, even after reading various review. But I used it, i observed it kept the content cold for 6-7 hours easily. May be it will work for more hours as well, even though 3 ice packs starts melting after 5 hours, but still they stay cold and keep the medicines cool. The outer container is sturdy and give an additional insulation to protect ice packs. Space is enough to store , not only good no of insulin pens but also 3-4 vial/bottles along with sufficient no of syringes

Don't expect it to keep your insulin cool for hours it is useful if you have a flight to catch or you have to reach work it keeps the insulin cool for 1 or 2 hours

I wanted to like this product, but it fell short on durability. The layout is perfect for insulin pens and test kits, but the materials used for the zipper are not heavy-duty enough for a bag that gets opened multiple times a day. Mine broke during a trip, which caused a lot of stress regarding my medication storage.
