Tough Hook Original Heavy Duty Hangers, USA-Made, Police & Scuba, 1 Red

This thing is a beast. I have a full steel plate loadout on this hanger. These things are perfect. And the value cannot be beat.

If you have weighted vests for exercising, then these will easily hold them, allowing you to get them off the floor. Likewise, it will hold your normal bullet resistant vest you wear on duty (inner or outer vests). If you have to carry your vests around (SWAT, training, to and from work), then the design is excellent, as the hanger will flip over without removing it and there is a handy carrying handle. Carry it whereever you need, flip it over inside the vests, and hang it up without any issues. The hangers are durable and I cannot see any way they will break, even under abnormal conditions. For my 25# weighted vest, I purchased two of the hangers. Only one is needed to hold it, but I sweat profusely during workouts, so I bought a second one and use them both, which creates extra air space between the panels so they can dry more effectively (this is shown in the 3rd photo). I have these hangers for my weighted training vest, my duty vest, my firearms instructor red vest, and my wife's duty vest. If I become an agent or detective and am issued another vest, I'll purchase one for that as well. You simply cannot beat these hangers, and I consider the price well worth it.

If you are in law enforcement or military and have to hang a plate carrier at home, this hanger is perfect. It it sturdy and will not bend or break even with a loaded carrier hanging. Much better value than trying to find hangers at the local walmart or other stores. The width of the hanger does make it impossible to hang from a standard hook in a vehicle, but using a crossover bar for clothing does make it possible. The design with the hanger on one side and a handle on the other is quite interesting. While I understand the idea, being able the flip the hanger just to carry it a short distance is not very effective. The hanger has always become hung on a vest without giving a vertical grip. It would be like trying to carry it with the handle angled over. For that reason, I tend to only use the oversized hook for hanging and carrying.

Simply awesome... I am so happy I found this. It makes storage of the duty vest much easier. I was very please on how this looks and its functionality. It easily handles thw weight of the vest for ha ging, but also allows you to flip it around and carry the vest as well. This is made of high quality material and is lightweight. Really like it

This thing is thick and sturdy you would think it was made out of solid steel. I have absolutely no worries this thing will last until the next ice age. I love you can go from hanging to carrying this to your vehicle which is as easy as just grabbing the handle and letting it flip all by itself. One problem is the distance between your hanging rod and the shelf above it, this may pose a little bit of a problem which can easily be solved by cutting some of the hook off of the hanger. It still works and holds your gear just like it did before it’s just easier to get in and out.

Great hook, has no problem holding my extra large plate carrier with level 4 plates.

This hanger is the solution to the problem of bent and deformed hangers. If you own a plate carrier or any extremely heavy gear, this is a must have. Handy "carrying" handle for transporting your gear just by "flipping" it over...

Well built, multiple hook and hold points. Feels well made, only gripe is I received a one that looks like it was refurbished.
