This is the only vitamins that don't make me sick. They are excellent. On top of that it helped me raised my vitamin B's , D's and Calcium

During the winter months it is imperative that we take care of our bodies, especially our immune system! I have been working with several doctors to address adrenal fatigue and vitamin D plays an essential role for me, especially as a teacher. I have become familiar with innate products and in the last few months of being on THIS vitamin D I have noticed that my response to fighting off incoming colds, including sore throats, flu-like symptoms etc have gotten stronger! I am not saying that this will take the place of certain necessary medicines when fighting off infections however this, for me, does the job and there are no unnecessary fillers in the pill (DHEA, Test boosters etc.) This is just my opinion but I am very happy with this product and my blood work and saliva hormone panel supports my theories thus far, which leads me to the 5 star rating.
