it's my first time to drink spearmint tea and i love this flavor. it helps me relax to sleep. my nocturnal panic attack doesn't occur much at night because of this. i can think clearly now because of that and my mood has become better.

This tea is deliciously potent. I love that’s its organic and not mixed with any other ingredients. The flavor is perfectly minty and it’s my favorite way to start my mornings. The size of the bag is pretty decent so hoping that it lasts me awhile. But for the price, it’s worth it.
