This product is amazing. I’ve been trying to break up hair matted rocks underneath my pups eyes for weeks now using hot soapy water to no success. Used this product tonight (ointment & comb) and it cleared one of them completely. I will tackle the other side tomorrow. So glad I purchased this!

After 4 days use, my dogs eye stain is unchanged and most important my dogs run away from me when they smell the drops on my wet cotton pad. I don’t understand why there’s glucose as 2nd main ingredient, that’s sugar syrup 🤔. This stuff leaves a sticky residue on the fur and it takes many wet wipes to remove it. Not using this anymore.

This stuff is incredible. Smells so good and seems gentle. I've spent way too much money for my dog from Petland to have her look like a dog I should have purchased from the pound. (Which there seems to always be a dog that looks like her at the humane society, btw). I've also spent too much on the brand Angel eyes for their overpriced stain remover chews and wipes. I really feel this is Bondi Tear Stain remover is helping. It's not immediate - but just the smell alone makes me feel like it's cleaning and gentle.

Works great

Just received the product and saw that the bag was sticky on the outside. Opened the bag and saw that 1/3 of the product had leaked out all over the items inside the bag. Past reviews stated issues with leaking. Why has this issue not been taken care of by now?

This product is amazing & I love that it came with two combs. I used it for the first time today on my 2 year old yorkie and I highly recommend it.

I am so disappointed that I did not get a before and after picture, but I wasn’t sure the product was going to work. It’s actually amazing! My puppy had built up crust in the corner of his eye, and I put a little bit of the solution on a round facial pad, and wiped near his eye where the clumps were. This product immediately broke down the clumps near his eye, and I was able to brush them out with the comb. It was seamless! My pup sat there and allowed me to comb through his fur without flinching or squirming. That’s how soft the clump got. I highly recommend this product.
