Amazing!
This is a gorgeous tea pot and i love that it’s got the swivel filtration in it. It’s almost too pretty to use! I’ve been wanting and needing a loose leaf tea pot for my green tea for a long time now and just never found one I liked until now. I love that this is borosilicate and can be used with high temps so i don’t have to worry and the elegant wooden features make this even better. I also wanted to bring attention to the amazing customer service of this seller as well as they have been communicating with me since i purchased it, which made it easier when my first tea pot arrived with a slight crack and needed to be replaced. They are on it and sent me a new one in two days! Overall an amazing experience and I’m very satisfied with my new tea pot!

The handle broke off and sliced my thumb open.
While washing it, the handle fell off slicing my finger.

Nice design
Gave it as a gift. I liked the idea behind the design of it. Looks like it would work better than those baskets that you put loose tea into.

The cutest little tea pot … however I rate a 4 as you do need some net or lining bc loose tea will go into the water part. They should sell that as well as an add on to the pot
