I have found this belt to very easy to wear and stays in place even when out for a long walk.The velcro fastening, which means it is adjustable to fit different hip sizes is very strong. I fasten it round my hips with the the 2 adjusters in their neutral position and then once the belt is on I then adjust these. It is good that they can be adjusted individually. I need to have one in a firmer position than the other.After use I reset the side adjusters back to their neutral position for the next wear. I find this works better then putting the belt on with them still in the adjusted position.It has helped make it easier/more comfortable to walk longer distances and when getting home and removing I am not in the pain I used to be.At this price point, it has to be worth a try.

Does the job but feels bigger than advertised and the wrong colour was sent but in so much pain I had to use it.

I wrenched my back last year and every so often the pain returns especially when out walking with my husband. So, I thought I would try this to give me support. It feels well made, solidly stitched, and fits me well, I am a size 10, it is adjustable so can be tighter or looser as you need it. It did not come with any instructions as to exactly how to place this, so I just fitted it to my lower back where it I felt it gave me the most support. On that note I did find it supportive, it holds well, the velcro is strong and grips well-meaning the belt doesn’t move once in position. This did what I wanted it to do and gave my lower back extra support. I like that it is washable and I feel it is very well priced for the quality of the belt.

Comfortable and easy to wear. Makes my old and worn lower back issues feel quite a lot more secure and it reassures me I won't be putting my back out performing tasks which previously felt rather precarious and occasionally caused severe pain. Haven't noticed any change to my nerve pains but I guess we are all different. On the whole I am glad I bought it although I notice that after two weeks sometimes the velcro let's go.

I struggle with lower back pain from a back problem I have so wanted to try this as it says it will offer support. It is very well made and nice and thick in size. You use it with velcro so it's easy to use. It's large enough to fit a range of sizes. Comfortable and as soon as I put it on, I could feel how supportive it was. Pleased with product.

I have been using the belt for about 3 weeks, and it has been doing a good job. Velcro seems to be weakening on it's stickiness so not sure about it's longevity.

The media could not be loaded.  This is excellent and helps to provide a bit of extra comfort and makes me feel more secure/stable. The velcro is STRONG! It does up easily and is washable, which is important to me, but what I really like about this as opposed to a full brace is that it doesn’t do all the work of your core muscles, which larger braces tend to do, meaning that over time your core can become weak and therefore, add to your pain and leave you at greater risk of injury. I think the price is very reasonable, and I am happy to recommend it.
