I used this product just 3 times , first i saw all detas and files are gone and i tried to repair it by pc but again happened, so slow writing like usb 1 , and i dont know how using warranty or else , never buy this product

Mainly got it for my Samsung TV to play downloaded 4k movies it's not the fastest but it's aight, took me around 10 mins to transfer around 13gbs of data from my Dell G15 laptop to this drive, + it makes a cool clicking sound when you switch the drive tip
