The plan is sent to you via email and it's incredibly easy to follow. I found it really helpful, especially when I was just starting out on my anti-inflammatory journey. It gave me a structure to work with, so I didn't feel overwhelmed by the changes I was making.Overall, this cookbook has given me a new appreciation for the power of food and has helped me make positive changes in my life. I can't recommend it enough to anyone who wants to eat well without sacrificing flavour and wants a little extra help in healing inflammation.

Great recipies, positive surprise!
The media could not be loaded. I bought it to start a bit healthier eating. I was really positively suprised with the recipies and thanks to this book I have many new favourites! There are also some really practical tips and guidance plus extra bonus access to healthy drinks, you can also try a meal plan - I think it is great and I definitely recommend it

Bought this book to help balance my hormones and lose weight. Had a glance through as only arrived yesterday and can’t wait to get started.

Just got this book..!
A bit disappointing that the photos are in black and white even though the cover is in colour.. seems a bit cheaply presented and not appealing.. PS you have to write a review on Amazon before you get access to the bonuses which of course you don’t find out until you open the book! 🙄
