How do drunk desires add fun to do or drink blackout tower?

I am not sure what you mean by drunk desires. This game is fun because it takes all the elements of our Do or Drink game with challenges and puts it into a tower version! You pull a block without making the tower fall and complete the challenge listed on the bottom of the block. If you make the tower fall you much complete a punishment!

How does this adult Jenga game differ from traditional Jenga?

The game play is the same but there are challenges on the bottom of each block to complete each time a block is removed! Complete the challenge or drink. The player to make the tower tumble has to complete a punishment of the groups choosing!

What unique rules are in the drunk Jenga game for adults?

Each wooden black has a dare or challenge on the bottom so when one is pulled out you must complete it! There is also a list of punishments, the group gets to choose one for the person who makes the tower fall to complete at the end of each round.

It is normal size Jenga, not the giant Jenga. It has a challenge on the bottom of each block that the player must complete or drink it amount stated if they fail to complete the challenge or choose not to.
