Work on the packaging of the product
FormulaRx, I absolutely love your products and formulations! Your Hydraveil Gel is one of my favorites, and I’ve purchased it at least 4–5 times. However, every single time, the packaging ends up getting damaged. The cap of the tube always breaks, which not only makes it difficult to use the product but also increases the chances of the product getting contaminated or spoiled. I really love the product itself, so I’d genuinely request you to please work on the packaging, especially the tube cap. A more durable and secure packaging would make the overall experience so much better! ❤️
