Do the pjs run true to size?

Yes as far as medium. But my husband is about 5'8". They were long so I did hem them. Sleeves a bit long for him too so he cuffs them. Wonderful fabric and quality

Good quality material. Soft and comfortable. However, I guess I did not read the description carefully enough. Alas no pockets. Would not have bought them had I realized this. Where do I put my cell phone.

sizes listed aren't correct

The top fit fine but the bottom was way too large,so I returned both pairs.
