I recently purchased an ultrasonic cleaner that promised both high quality and an aesthetically pleasing design. At first glance, it looked great on my countertop, and I was excited to put it to use for cleaning jewelry and other small items. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory after just a few uses. While the cleaner initially performed well, I quickly encountered a significant issue: the time setting button stopped functioning. This is incredibly frustrating, as it limits my ability to customize the cleaning process. Now, I find myself having to unplug the power cord each time I want to change the duration, which is not only inconvenient but also defeats the purpose of having a user-friendly electronic device. Additionally, the on and off button closely resembles the malfunctioning time setting button, which raises concerns about its longevity. I can't shake the feeling that it might also fail soon, leaving me with a cleaner that I can only turn on and off without the ability to control the cleaning time. Given the high price tag of this ultrasonic cleaner, I expected more durability and functionality. While it looks good and performs well initially, the lack of reliable controls makes it hard to recommend. If you're considering this product, be cautious; you might end up with a beautiful but frustrating piece of equipment that doesn't live up to its premium price.

The item received, looks like it’s an old, used piece with poor quality finish. Its surfaces are stained and the plastic is disfigured, with missing surface coating. The internal tank is made of cheap plastic and not stainless steel. I am planning to return it to Amazon. Advice people to stay away from this brand

As a nail tech, I use this cleaner all the time for my nail bits and small metal tools, and it works great! It’s easy to use, cleans thoroughly, and saves me time. I also use it for my jewelry and glasses, and everything comes out looking fresh and sparkling.

This ultrasonic cleaner is truly ultrasonic (many are advertised as ultrasonic, but are really just low-frequency mechanical agitators). It does a good job cleaning small objects. I've used it to clean my wife's jewelry and my metal watch bands, and you can see the residue of dirt and debris that has been removed, which eventually settles to the bottom of the immersion tub. The cleaned objects really do sparkle after a cleaning. Just be aware that the tub is made of chrome-plated plastic. From the pictures, I was expecting stainless steel. I guess I would have had to pay much more for that, so I'm okay with the tub being plastic. Just be careful not to crack the tub.
