Melts good in water (or milk) so you can take it to the gym. Just too sweet, for no reason, when using it with milk. I recommend to use water instead.

I have really struggled to find a lactose free or vegan protien powder that tastes nice. This is delicious (vanilla), it is sweet but not bitty or grainy like other vegan protien powders. The powder is very fine there are dust clouds (just think you're inhaling more protien) but it mixes really well with water and with non-dairy milk (I use oat).

If you’ve been buying the taller round tubs of this that now no longer seem to be available, just a warning that the product in this bag is not the same. Very chalky, over sweet and doesn’t blend into a nice smoothie. Won’t be buying again

Per chi ama il sapore dolce come me queste proteine sono gustosissime, io ho provato i gusti vaniglia e cioccolato, ed inoltre, solo per esperienza personale e per tolleranza, non mi creano problemi digestivi o di gonfiore col colon irritabile.

This Protein is actually amazing.. 5.7% of it is ceratine so its like 1.7 grams of ceratine per serving ..it has 86 grams of protein per 100 grams..what do i need more..but for me it was the flavor..Vanilla Flavor was just amazing its like im having milkshake..but i have to mention its a bit to sweet..i drink it with water and it dissolves really good..overall i give it 4.7 .

Llevo un tiempo tomándola y estoy contento. El sabor a vainilla es agradable, no es empalagoso ni artificial como pasa con otras proteínas, así que no cuesta nada tomarla a diario. En cuanto al efecto, en el gimnasio se nota la diferencia, aguanto mejor los entrenamientos y la recuperación es más rápida. El hecho de que lleve creatina añadida es un plus porque no tienes que tomar suplementos por separado. El bote de 4kg da para bastante tiempo y al no tener azúcar, lactosa ni gluten es apta para bastante gente. Una proteína que cumple sin complicaciones.
