No instructions except, take two per day, between meals. I have gained 10 pounds since taking them for a week. A pound per day except, one day I gained 3 pounds, so I have 10 more pound to get rid of now. Every day I took them I weighed each morning and was one pound heavier, except the 6th morning I had gained another three pounds. They certainly did not work for me or my husband. He only gained 5 pounds in the 7 days. He is still taking them but I stopped. He still has not lost any weight and as of this morning was up 6 pounds. Neither of us changed anything about our regular eating except maybe we were not eating as many carbs. We were eating at home more and not eating out as much as usual. But certainly no weight loss in just over a week of taking them.

Nice gummy with a great taste but I saw no actual change so not buying more then the three bottles.

I feel like I started gaining weight when I started this product. Now I'm have 2.5 bottles I can't even use cause they don't allow returns. If they would've worked with me I would've gave an extra star. This makes me think they know they don't work. I wish more people would leave reviews so I can see if this happens to other people.
